Pregnant Miserable Self Pitying Loser Pie

Cake - Short Skirt Long Jacket
I just recently watch the film Waitress, staring Keri Russell, better known as Felicity, and this song has been stuck in my head ever since. There's no wonder I like watching the trailers when they show all the highlights, without the boring facts. It's like reading Spark Notes, and still getting an A plus plus. Of course being the film-o-holic that I am, the trailers only keeps my addiction in check. It's the main attraction that keeps my skin from jumping off my pale and pasty flesh, such uber satisfation you couldn't even begin to comprehend. "Waitress was a let down, but I still watched it" Pie.
I want a girl with a mind like a diamond
I want a girl who knows whats best
I want a girl with shoes that cut
And eyes that burn like cigarettes
I want a girl with the right allocation
Whos fast, and thorough, and sharp as a tack
Shes playing with her jewelery,
Shes putting up her hair
Shes touring the facility and picking up slack
I want a girl with a short skirt,
And a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong jacket
Don't we all...

Libertad

Freedom is a rather broad concept consisting of several possibilities. To have the possibility to be yourself, to be able to determine your own path in life, be treated equally, and so on and so fourth. I myself have very recently been set free from a dusty, gloomy and hectic dungeon. What I'm trying to convey rather dramatically, is simply that I have completed high school, and "stand before you today" as an enlightened and free individual. I'm not saying I experienced school as a hell whole where my professors walks around with tails, and pitchforks, it being illegal to walk around school with such a weapon. No, they were more discreet than that. Although I am willing to bet that one of them was evil reincarnate.

I still haven't been able to rap my head around the fact the my days in the Sandvika penitentiary is over. It still feels as though I'm in fourth grade watching my teacher march back and forth, not daring to take my eyes off of her. Mrs. Miller has always been my favourite teacher. Never in my life have I ever fear and yet, admired a single person as much I do her. She could deafen your ears with a whistle and melt you heart with a wink. She taught me a great deal, most often learning it the hard way. I was completely terrified, up until the day she said she thought I was funny. Well enough of my personal memories. I do hope I'm not boring you. Now where was I before my horrific derailing. Oh, yes. It hasn't yet sunken in that I'm not going back to high school. Something that is both exciting and terrifying. While in school I felt my life was rather repetitive: wake up, go to school, come home, do homework, sleep, rinse and repeat. Almost as if someone was constantly pressing the rewind button.

Now that the play button seems to be functioning properly again, I suddenly feel a rush of emotions. I'm sad because it's over, excited about what the future may have in store for me, completely horrified because I don't know what's going to happen. Stressed out because it all up to me, and slightly alone, but all in all I am ecstatic, that part of my life is over. So to my dear friend Mr. or Mrs. slash Miss. Let us be thorough

Dear Furture,
Bring. It.

TheGr3yZon3:
You just can't help feeling good, while listening to this song!

Sun is shinin' in the sky
There ain't a cloud in sight
It's stopped rainin'
Ev'rybody's in a playin'
And don't you know
It's a beautiful new day
Hey hey

Runnin' down the avenue
See how the sun shines
Brightly in the city on the streets

Where once was pity. Mister Blue Sky
Is living here today
Hey hey

Mister Blue Sky
Please tell us why
You had to hide away for so long
Where did we go wrong?
Mister Blue Sky
Please tell us why

The Eye Of An Eagle... Plus A Few Of His Own

Det forrige innlegget ble litt vel langt så jeg så meg nødt til å dele det i to. I promised you three Itts and by gone it you'll get three Itts!

I think the previous post was an excellent introduction for my second Itt. Seeing as Tim Curry connects the two films, ever so slightly. He played Pennywise in IT, and Gomez in The Addams Family Reunion *snap snap*, which is the third of the Addams films. If you're a fan or just a friend I probably won't have to tell you the films are based on an American television series shot in black and white, in the late 60's (1964-1966 to be exact). The series ran along side it's rivail ,The Munster (another brlliant series) sadly they both only managed two seasons before they were cancelled. The series basing itself on the characters in Charles Addams' New Yorker cartoons.

"Just the kind of day that makes you feel good to be alive!"

I give you my childhood.

The Addams' are a closely knit family with macabre quirks, where the humor itself is based on a culture clash between them and the rest of the world. The over enthusiastic Gomez, is passionatly in love with his wife, Morticia, or should I say ''Cara Mia'', who is cultivated and ravashing. Together they share a twisted, yet romantic relationship that really has to be exsperienced. They have two childeren; Wensday and Pudgsley. Later on in ''The Addams Family Values'' (film nr.2) they're blessed with a third member Pubert. Wensday is the youngest, and likes to play with guillotines, beheading dolls called ''Marie Antoinette'', and ''Little Red Riding Hood''. Also seemingly trying to kill her brother, "Is there a God?". Pugsely is just like his ol' Uncle Fester, often playing with explosives and electrisity. Of course it's Gomez' cousin that really brought this post to life.

Cousin Itt. A short entity completly hidden by his head to floor long hair. He speaks fast unintelligible gibberish in a high pitch voice, and naturally the family understands him perfectly. In the films he doesn't get that much screen time. While in the series he is a frequent visitor, and we're able to get a closer look at his life and personality. In the series we learn that he wears sunglasses so that poeple won't bother him for autographs. He is greatly adored, a carefree bachelor with an extravagant lifestyle. Although he's not a main character he has become a personal favorite, something that could very likely be because of my fixation on the Addams.

TheGr3yZon3:
Oh before I forget the third Itt is my previous boss. Yeah he kicks ass.

They're creepy and they're kooky,
Mysterious and spooky,
They're all together ooky,
The Addams Family.

Their house is a museum
Where people come to see 'em
They really are a scream
The Addams Family.

(Neat)
(Sweet)
(Petite)

So get a witches shawl on
A broomstick you can crawl on
We're gonna pay a call on
The Addams Family.

Needless to say the choice was easy.

All things named It skråstrek Itt. To fantastiske figurer titter frem bak alt rotet jeg har i hodet, når jeg tenker på dette "navnet". Den første er selvfølgelig Cousin Itt og den Tredje er filmen It fra 1990. The year of my birth, kanskje det står på et sånt året du ble født kort? La du merke til at hjernen min skrev tredje istedenfor andre? I didn't until it was tooooooo L to the 8. Oh B2TheW. Dersom du kjeder deg kommer ikke dette til å hjelpe på humøret. I'm sencing this is a two parter...
First off. Filmen It featuring the Pennywise the dancing clown.

I mørket. Kvelden etter the infamous dukke drømmen (om jeg gidder, lager jeg vel et innlegg om Mr. I can turn my head all the way around while holding a knife). Anyway, Tim Curry spiller Pennywise and it's worth mentioning that the actors later admitted that he's characterization of Pennywise was so creepy and realistic that everyone avoided him during the film. So maybe just maybe it's not that peculiar that I scream like a little girl, shaking with fear. Eventually choosing to sleep on the couch, while holding on to a pillow for dear life. I 2004 skrev Radio times magazine at ''It'' var det skumleste programmet noen gang vist på teve. It var opprinnelig en miniserie.

The film's about a group of kids who somehow manage to defeat a source for evil that killed several children in the small town, a force that manifested itself in the smouldering clown, Pennywise. (Tim Curry is frightful but I'd still take his hand in... death?)thirsty years... I mean thirty years later, the same murders begins, and the now grown up kids have to once again unite, in order to kill it... Or it will certainly kill them. I really love this flick, the ending is so sad though, with a dash of lame. It practically goes against every rule in the book.

Now, clowns are usually a little freaky, but in the hands Tim Curry they're downright terrifying. Curry is of course no stranger to frightening make-up (Legend), delivering just the right amount of malice as the personification of an evil force that preys on Derry, Maine, every 30 years. Of course Pennywise is not only scary but extremely cuddly I just want to give him one big hug and never let go.

Don't you just want to hold him?

When it comes to the "Loser club" my favorite characters are Eddie Kaspbrak played by Adam Faraizl as a kid, as an adult by Dennis Christopher. and twelve year old Richie Tozier played by Seth Green, as an adult by Harry Anderson. I wonder who I'll like best in the book. Richie with his jokes, and Eddie with his wavy hair, and sugarwater placeboes.

Eddie's the nervous momma's boy with the alergies. But as a part of The Losers Club he learns to grow outside those boundaries. Pennywise came to him in the school shower, which was already a big anxiety for him because of his mother. IT also appeared to the now grown Eddie as the old storekeeper who first told him he didn't need his asthma puffer.

Richie's the joker of the gang, and becomes a successful comedian when he leaves Derry. The movie "I Was A Teenage Werewolf" starring Michael Landon really scared Richie. So IT used that against him and appeared as the werewolf from the movie. And when he returned as an adult, Pennywise appeared in the library and got him in the face with a balloon full of blood. Catchy huh? But really the whole gang is cute, I adore them all.
TheGr3yZon3:
Pennywise - Pennywise
Pennywise has had quite an impact on the world, indeed. In 1988 Jim Lindberg, Fletcher Dragge, Byron McMackin, and Jason Thirsk formed the American punk band Pennywise.

Clear your mind, hide your fear
Don't look around, don't turn around pennywise is here
Hold your feelings, hide your fear
Don't look around, don't turn around pennywise is here

Evil lurks in his eyes
The clown they call pennywise
He'll catch you by suprise
The clown they call pennywise

He's a monster, he's not human
He's more than just a figment of your imagination
You can't run, can't hide
There's no way to escape pennywise

Evil lurks in his eyes
The clown they call pennywise
He'll catch you by suprise
The clown they call pennywise

He'll creep inside your soul at night and torment nice and slow
Don't turn around or look around Pennywise will know
He'll make you wish that you were dead and make it hard to cope
He'll make you wish that you were dead and hanging by a rope

Evil lurks in his eyes
The clown they call pennywise
He'll catch you by suprise
The clown they call pennywise

Clear your mind, hide your fear
Don't look around, don't turn around pennywise is here

Oh! Look At My Wrist I Gotta Go

WARNING: This post contains more that one topic. Find Waldo!
* Don't talk to strangers! If you never talk to stranger, how will you ever get friends, or a job for that matter?
* Think outside the box. Uh-oh! Stay within the lines.
* Look before you leap. But keep in mind: He who hesitates is lost.
* Oh here's a good one: Out of sight, out of mind. Hold it right there I thought: Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Yeah I've got a little something something for who ever said that...
* Never sweat the small stuff. God is in the details. Well, flip me over I think I'm done.

I mean honestly, no wonder the world is royally fucked- pardon my French- when the cosmic plain has all its wires crossed. How on Gods green earth is this ancient knowledge supposed to help a confused teenager barely capable of spelling the word “Peace”. Is the fact that everything contradicts itself supposed to make us stronger, by forcing us to come up with an answer. A subtle form for critical thinking? The only thing I have ever got from a contradiction was a headache. It should be served with a plate of pink valium.

Now, don't get me... right. I get the whole "use your mind" slash "If you want something done right, do it yourself, but the fact of the matter is “Two heads are better than one”. Or is it the other way around? Furthermore does it depend on the situation? If so, who decides which situation deserves which notion? Are we doomed to go through life thinking we're nothing more but a mere charade of life itself! Not real, not fake. You don't really know what's right or wrong, because it all depends! Why can't things be black and white? Oh, wait I'm sorry how racist of me. In this day and age you have to be so fucking politically correct. You might as well tie you hands behind your back, seeing as you achieve just as much.

'Heaven to hell' (2006) by David Lachapelle (<3)

People are to easily offended these days (I, of course being one of those pathetic little creatures who take everything to heart. I practically wear my heart as an accessory!) We need a little provocation in our day to day lives. Wait, we don't need something we already have... What mankind really needs is to remove the surgically implanted stick, and force open that steel-plated mind. Something that takes us away from the fake glamour and phony parts of life we ourselves have created. We need something that doesn't criticise but comments on life. Anything but those damn maybe, maybe not's.

Let's face it we cant escape contradictions. Life is simply numerous contradiction strung together, and that makes you faker than plastic fruit. But hey! At least you look real, Because: Beauty is everything. Or is it what's on the inside that counts?

I don't even care if you understand what I'm trying to say. The fact is I've said it. It's out there, and now we have to live with it. One more failed attempt at being original. Of course being original isn't really original anymore... I mean everyone original these days, in their own little way. It's unoriginal to be original. Right... Well, It's late I'm tired and sick of babbling on and on. So, I don't know about you but I'm gonna hit the hay.

TheGr3yZon3:
Porno For Pyros - Pets
I was looking through some music I listened to before, and stumbled across this little gem. Not that I think you'll like it... Screw it, I love it. To sum up the song. All humans are petty, insignificant, and small, with an overwhelming sence of cosmic importance. I swear, soon the fish will keep us in air tanks. "We'll make great pets" I'm just saying... Did you remember to turn off the lights?

P.S. If you were wondering about the name of the band:
Perry Ferrell (also the lead singer for Jane's Addiction) was watching the LA riots on TV and saw all the burning and looting going on, and though to himself it's like "pornos for pyromaniacs - hence the name. I think it's actually quite a perceptive observation for just a rock star...

Children are innocent
A teenager's fucked up in the head
Adults are even more fucked up
And elderlies are like children

Will there be another race
To come along and take over for us?
Maybe martians could do
Better than we've done
We'll make great pets!

My friend says we're like the dinosaurs
Only we are doing ourselves in
Much faster than they
Ever did
We'll make great pets!

Blog about it!

Dere husker kanskje at jeg nevte i det forrige innlegget mitt, at jeg skulle dokumentere 17.januar 2009? If not, then it's time for a flashback people! *Blurry shimmer* "Jeg vil dokumentere hele dagen, fra jeg har stått opp til jeg har lagt meg, ved hjelp av bilder. Håper det blir en spennende dag. *Blurry shimmer* Er hukomelsen på plass?Brille-fint, lets the games begin.

Dagen Lydspor:
Katy Perry - Hot'n'cold
Simon and Garfunkel - Mrs. Robinson

Dagen startet rolig nok, men den er ikke helt det samme uten en klassisk bowl of All Bran. Fikk til og med plass i den travle dagsplanen, to do my bit, and save the envirment. Med andre ord, skyll, brett og stapp! I quickly got dressed, and jumped in the car. Needless to say, var dagen meget fruitful.

"Hjem, hjem der jeg bor, der dyrene hyler i kor." Da vi var kommet hjem, som du kanskje alt har skjønt, slo jeg på data'n og logget på databasen av msn og pratet med med Mr. Studmuffin. Da klokken var slagen dro jeg til Anine, and we party like it was 1699. Det var dans, musikk, bilder, and so much more!

Føler at jeg befinner meg midt oppi en final countdown. Nå er det 11 dager igjen, til jeg får se Jeppe face to face. Msn er sånn helt midt på treet, med det slår ikke the real thing.

*Insert Title Here*

I know I said I'd leave you alone... So I lied, sue me! Have your people call my people, hopfully we'll come to some sort of agreement, and we can leave the suits out it. Sound good? Great!

The reason I'm still bothering you IS.. Drum roll please! I wanted to share another song with you. Does anyone remember "Steady as she goes"? By the way that's not the song I wanted to share. Anyway I do, it's a personal favorite, by "The Raconteurs". You know Jack White's band, of the White Stripes totally awesome.

So guess what, you survived my boring intorduction. And now your feature presentation, brought to you by Youtube:
The Raconteurs - Salute Your Solution

*batteries not inclued.
So what do you think? Yay or Nay?
P.S. I hope you like the slightly new and improved layout
Post Post Scriptum! Today we mourn the loss of our dear beloved Mr. Hangman... Rest in peice my friend.

I'm excited!

Today I finally found the TV-series, where I first was introduced to Katherine Moenning. You may know her as Shane from the hit TV-series "The L Word". I know her as Jacqueline "Jake" Pratt from "Young Americans". She plays a girl pretending to be a boy in order to attend a boys only elite school. Hamilton falls for her or should I say Jake, cause he has no idea. He gets confused, "I mean I've thought about it, I've had tendencies... God am I gay?" Okay he doesn't say that, but there's drama and it's great.

Unfortunately TV3 didn't air all the episodes, and it was a long time ago. Still there was something about Kate, that caught my eye. Not just the fact that she dressed like a guy, but there was something special about her. She's responsible for me like “The L Word” as much as I do. The series in itself it pretty rockin', but she just brings a fresh edginess to the table. I just love her, and I think you will too, if you don't already that is. Or maybe you won't. Anyway...

Smashing series, smashing concept and smashing characters. It's amazing that the producer, at one point or another have managed to represent almost every sexual orientation there is. Of course I'm talking about humans, there's no Zoophilia or Necrophilia... I may be off my dot, but I really heart the series, can yah dig it?
It's so hot hot hawt! Hihi

I think that enough for today, I really should be cramming for a test in religion tomorrow, Islam... So I'll just leave you with this pyschodelic song. It does wonders for the soul, when you're stuck on a schoolbuss strugling to keep your eyes open:

It's a luscious mix of words and tricks

SoNg Of ThE wEeK!
Caring is Creepy - The Shins
Every line is pure perfection, and don't even get me started on the melody. I'll never get tired of this song, or The Shins for that matter.

Yesterday, or was it yesterday.. My memory is deleting itself... Anyway the point is, I say Fame, the movie RECENTLY, and I had fairly high expectations. I mean it's Fame I expected something mindbogglingly awesome. Instead it was a major disappointed. the movie in itself was good, I loved the plot and the characters. I just felt i didn't get the closure i needed. What happens to Ralph Garcy, does he survive the industry? Does Leroy pass Mrs. Sherwood's class. What about Bruno, is the world ready for his music? Does Doris hit it big? And what about Montgomery the guy with all the monologues... My personal favorite. I need to know! The movie just cuts off, it leaves you empty and feeling cheated. Nonetheless I'm still going to watch it agian.

The Labyrinth

Seeing as I love this movie as much as I do I'm going to post the trailer, and hope you love it as much as I do.

I have two favourit scenes, the first is the masquerade. Up until then Jareth has spend his time taunting and eluding Sarah, making her quest fairly miserable. She's looking for him in a crowd of masqueraders and he brushes past her, laughing at her, even teasing her. Suddenly there she is standing right infront of him, and she's all he wants. He's hers onehundred percent. It's so romantic it makes my head swim.

The second is near the end when he sings within you. Sarah is so close to completing her quest in getting her step brother back. It's Jareth's last etempt.

OH! Let's not forget the little worm in the beginning, so much fun!

RaNdOm ThIs AnD RaNdOm ThAt...

Today I really feel like posting something, the only problem is I don't know what so bare with me. I guess I could always just write completely random facts about myself, yes that sounds good. Let’s see...

Random Fact nr.1 when I was about 6 or 7 years old I saw The Labyrinth for the very first time and was completely taken by the goblin king (played by David Bowie) I saw it was a Disney movie and I thought if we left that instance, I could meet him. Well that was my first crush, and it wasn't even in a real guy or maybe it was. Anyway I guess I've always like Mr. Bowie (Even though I pronounced his last name wrong for a while)

Jareth The Goblin King<3

Random fact nr.2 I sing the weirdest songs, in the most awful tones you have ever heard. Yes I am the worst jukebox known to man. You know what? Like it!

Random fact nr.3 I like reading useless facts, it's also the one thing I know will infuse itself to my memory as well, forget about when Benjamin Franklin was born, or for how long Norway was under Danish rule. The stuff I remember is for example; George Clooney's cousin, Miguel Ferrer, appeared as a guest star on ER. Fascinating right? Even his aunt Rosemary was on the TV series. Did you know that Christian Bale lost his voice three times during the filming of Batman Begins, due to altering his voice? You didn't know that did you? Here’s another useless film fact. Brad Pit chipped a tooth while filming Fight Club, but didn't have it capped until after the filming was over because he felt it added to his character. Now that dedication... There are tons more where that came from.

Random Fact nr.4 Google is my friend. It’s true I Google and re-Google everything, even things I already know. Hello, my name is Merete, and I'm a Google-o-holic. *tearage*

Random Fact nr.5 before I go to bed while brushing my teeth I normally spend stand in front of the mirror and make faces, and if I'm really bored I get out my eyeliner and draw on the mirror. It’s really is fun.

Random fact nr.6 this is probably more a "secret pastime" I watch Hanna Montana it's not like I run to the television set the second it's on. It's more that don't switch when the program starts.

Random Fact nr.7 Sometimes I run outside the second it's raining and don't go back inside until I'm downright soaking wet, I love the rain<3

Random Fact nr.8 On occasion I have a tendency to read Norwegian books in English and the other way around, it even takes a couple of seconds before I realize it.

Random Fact nr.9 I’ve always wanted to take a bath in a tub full of aloe vera, specially when I'm sun burnt, which is every summer...

Random Fact nr.10 I'm a serious pack rat, I mean it! Its and on-going battle, you should see my room. I struggle with throwing things out, but I am getting better.

Random Fact.11 I have this tick where I don't like to use things. For instance I just bought a new graphic novel by Neil Gaiman and it feels as though I'll die if I open it all the way or it gets scratched. This is also the reason I don't like lending things to others, the item always comes back looking like an old whore... *eye twitch*

Random Fact.12 I'm very paranoid! I think the whole world is trying to get me, and there are ninja-spies all-over the place. Who'll attack me the second I turn around. Okay I'm not that bad but I just heard a sound and I ran though the whole house with my teddy bear, Oh, the damage I could have done! You’d think that after all the horror movies I've seen, I'd have learned that one should NEVER go towards the sound...
Random Fact.13 I have a thing for bad guys. In every movie, book or comic book, the bad guy is always more appealing to me. Of course there are a few exceptions, for example L in Death note is better than Kira. This seems like a good time to tell you about my huge crush on Lestat, he's not really the bad guy but I just really wanted to mention him. A random fact within a random fact, can it get more random then that? I think NOT!

Lestat played by Stuart Townsend, in Queen Of The Damned

Lestat, played by Tom Cruise, in Interveiw With A Vampire

Random fact nr.14 I like sleeping in confined spaces... enough said.

... And that concludes my random babble of randomness!

Seeing as I've listened to this song the whole time I was writing this, it seems only fitting to post it as the soundtrack. I actually wanted it to be the song of the week but you know it's going to be both!

Who is it?

This Picure has nothing to do with the blog I just like Gene Wilder, and he didn't want to move down...

Well then I guess that's the end of Day 1. of this year’s fall vacation or whatever you call it you say potato I say høstferien...

I have been aching or shall I say longing for a vacation, however brief it might be. It was about time! Finally I can lay back and recharge my batteries, which have been running on empty for quite some time now if you don't mind me saying. A lot’s happened since last, but then again not really... There are just a couple of things that have managed to flip my world upside down. It’s funny how stuff can do that. If given the chance, something that seems small and unimportant, can really grind away at you. Maybe funny isn’t the right word; then again if you can't see the bright side you might as well lay down and die. Lately I’ve been trying to occupy myself, keep busy, and keep my mind from wondering to places I don't want to visit. You probably know what I taking about. This post being proof that even though I've done all that I could it didn't stop me from visiting tonight... I've been thinking a lot about death lately, and it terrifies me... Not the fact that one day I’m going to die, as long a I've lived a full life...

I was planning on elaborating but it seems I'm not up for the task just yet, my apologies. It's really quite pathetic that some sentences are more difficult than others. Brings a whole new meaning to "these things I'll never say" BLABLABLABLABLA!!

How have I been spending my vacation you say? So far I've redecorated my room at least three times, I think I'm finally done, we'll see... Two of my friends have celebrated their eighteenth birthday YAY them! And today I spend four hours in the woods hiking, well more climbing up a mountain with good Ol' dad. It was actually very fun especially when we ditched the trail and went deep into the "jungle" where no man has gone before. Right now I’m listening to “Who Is It?” by Michael Jackson; I guess my obsession hasn’t past. Oh how wrong one can be. My favorite MJ album has always been Dangerous, but you already knew that didn't you. I guess it's getting kind of late now or shall I say early *pause for awkward laugh* I crack myself up. Well I guess a nice little summary is in order.
1. Fall Break Jippi!
2. Done a lot of stuff JEY!
3. Michael Jackson Kicks ass!

I'll just list a few random songs here.. lets see...
Who Is It?
Stranger In Moscow
Dirty Diana
I won't mention Thriller simply because that would be tacky... and I wish to stress I endorse a belief in the occult...

Pink Bullets

Out of the four temperate seasons our little planet experiences. I must say Autumn is my favourite of them all! I guess the reason I love Autumn so much is its mystical presence, and all the playful, yet serious colours. It even smells good, the air seems cleaner and life's good. lets not forget my favourite... (I realize autumn is filled with a lot of my favourite) my favourite smells, favourite colours, favourite feelings.. But most important of all it the hallmark holiday Halloween that started out as a very respectable way to pay your respects to the dead. I love Halloween. I could I would life in Halloweentown, kickin' it with Oogie Boogie & Dr. Finkelstein, trick or treating with the mayor and hanging with Mr. JAck Skellington and his beloved Sally. Halloween all year round I'd kick myself in glee!

So while we find ourselves up to our eyeballs in fall leaves and Halloween planes, why not take a breather with this brilliant songs about... You guessed it AUTUMN.

Uncle Anesthesia

Such as a simple drug-induced loss of consciousness , my life has become nothing more than several memories, strung together. Now! don't get me wrong it forms a rather handsome life, just roll with me. It's peculiar how one sift through ones memories, how yesterday can seem like an eternity, while memories from ones childhood. I say childhood knowing rather well I have only lived 1/4 of my life. Can be as vivid as waking up and going to school. Memories, memories lost, memories gained and memories created. The human brain is fascinating; One can be trapped inside ones thoughts, but still be kept from the truth...

Well I know this seems like a bunch of gibberish, still the human brain does interest me. How it can suppress the traumatizing, accentuate the life-altering, forget the useful, and remember the nonsense. To some degree it's funny if you think about it, you can remember every television program you've ever watched to the teeniest tinniest little detail, but when you need to know why the roman epire fell, your mind draws a blank. come to think about it, it's downright irritating! When it really matters you mind isn't worth the time of day. how many times have you been dragged into a discution or an argument and ended up looking like the fool? More importantly, how many times have you realized what you should have said later on? Of course it then being to late. I could kick myself, better yet my mind for signing out the moment I really need it. Don't misunderstand, I'm not socially incompetent. I just overthink every little detail until my mind reaches the point of imploding.
I believe you just witnessed one of my classic derailings, now where was I? you know what I'm just gonna leave you hanging. I think you've got the drift of what I'm trying to say...

So I'm moving on to Song of the week! '
